Areas are cleared of major obstructions with whole tree grinders before limbs, stumps, and undergrowth are ground, not burned, into wood chips by whole tree chippers and mulchers. Chips spread over cleared areas provide temporary erosion control and later become rich top soil for thin cut paths that are healthy, straight, and level enough for walking.
We have cleared over 280 miles of DOT Right of Ways, 35 miles of Gas transmission and distribution lines, 600 acres for the Corp of Engineers, along with numerous utility and site clearing projects.
